In his book, Single, Married, Separated, & Life After Divorce He said, "You do not have to marry in order not to be alone. All you need in order not to be alone is to have some other humans as your companions and close friends."

Comment by Roger Hensley on November 24, 2009 at 11:09am: Cherryll, you are right about there being less divorce if men knew and practiced the words in the verse I posted. I also think more marriages could be reconciled if men, and women knew those verses; that is as long as a third person hasn't entered the picture, which usually happens because people don't live the words in the verse to begin with. If anyone knows of a newly wed couple, or someone contemplating marriage, please share that verse with them. I would sure hate for anyone to go through what I have gone through, or what a lot of people on this site have gone through.

"A woman came out of a man’s rib, not from his feet to be walked on, not from his head to be superior, but from the side to be equal, under the arm to be protected, and next to the heart to be loved."

I hope all the men remember and keep these words in their hearts. I know I will.
