I am an easy going man who loves the Lord and wants to do His will in everything I do. I listen to His word, and talk to Him every day, and I'm happy to say that the communication between He and I, is getting better each and every day.
In this life, I have made many mistakes, but I am learning from my mistakes, and I am working on becoming the best person I can be. I have forgiven my friends, family, and other people for their mistakes; especially those that I love that did some things when they weren't thinking clearly, or when they felt abandoned. I forgive those people and declare it here and now for anyone to read. I hope those people I may have offended, or hurt, can forgive me as well.
I am at a point in my life where I can volunteer at VFC again. I have wanted to serve the Lord again for a long time, but situations came up that made it difficult. Now that I have taken control of those situations, I will be serving again soon, and am working with the staff to determine where I can help.
While in the process of improving me, I have decided to improve, and reconnect with those people at VFC that I consider friends. I also want to try and make new friends as well, so I am reaching out to my VFC Church family.
Although I never lost sight of the Lord, and what He wants, I am making The Lord my priority, and He will always be my number 1 priority.
I have had a lot of friends ask me if I am racing again. The short answer is no. However, I am in the process of selling off all my racing equipment, and my last race car, so I may have to take the car to the track to be able to sell it.
I realized recently that I used racing as a crutch as my way to overcome some things I was feeling in my personal relationships, and although I have had much success racing, I have decided not to use racing, or anything else as a crutch. I am turnng everything over to the lord.
Hey Roger
I was part of the group making the plans. Haven't been for a while. Mike Kelemen is the organizer. Not sure if there is anything going on now that winter is starting to kick in.....
